On February 18, the group's comprehensive training after the Spring Festival of 2019 came to a successful conclusion, with more than 1600 participants, the highest in history. The comprehensive training lasts for 6 days, focusing on the key and difficult problems that need to be solved urgently in the development process of the current group company. It covers business risk prevention, construction management of special equipment, safety risk control, mobile phone image shooting, Title declaration and guidance, new OA platform use, excellence creation and innovation exchanges, practical name system, exchange of teachers and apprentices, BIM technology learning, and security personnel continuing to teach. Education, vocational skill appraisal of senior workers, etc., have various forms and rich connotations of training, which have received unanimous praise from trainees and achieved the expected effect of organizational training. During this period, the enterprise management department of the group company will associate the comprehensive training with the new OA office system.
