According to the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Yin Weidong, the chairman of the second board of directors, Hu Jianchun, the chairman of the board of supervisors, and Shi Fangming, the chief accountant, have successively made two reports on the work of the board of directors, the work report of the second board of supervisors, the financial liquidation plan for the second session and the dividend plan for 2018.
