On April 17, the Group held a symposium on information system construction in the conference room on the 12th floor of its headquarters. Chairman Yin Weidong, General Manager Lu Fei, Headquarters department heads and software developers of Nantong Railway Army attended the meeting. Vice President Song Hongliang presided over the symposium. The meeting summarized the first stage of system construction (office approval flow); introduced the framework, module settings and related functions of the second stage of system construction (project management module); discussed the process involving multi-department intersection, division of responsibilities and identification of convergence. The meeting also put forward optimization requirements on the details, usage habits and user experience of the existing usage functions. It is hoped that Tiejun software can respond as quickly as ever and support and serve the information construction of the group company well. Yin Weidong, the chairman of the board of directors, requests that we should continue to strengthen the promotion of group information construction and give priority to the construction of key work modules of the company. At the same time, we should realize clearly that the construction of information system can not be accomplished overnight.
