On April 23, the project of Zhangjiagang dangerous chemicals Road transport integrated service center, which was built by the group company, held a comprehensive roof-closing ceremony. Shi Xixian, Standing Committee of Zhangjiagang Municipal Committee, Fu Peng, Chairman of COSCO Maritime Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd., Vice-President of the group company, Xu Hao, head of Limengdao Co., participated in the activity. Located in the bonded area of Zhangjiagang City, the service center project is an annual major project of Zhangjiagang City and an important carrier of closed management of Yangtze River Chemical Park in the bonded area. Its construction area is 62,000_and the total contract value is 176 million yuan. It is planned to be completed in February next year. The Group Limengdao Multicomponent Company responsible for construction overcomes the difficulties of tight construction period, high requirements and heavy tasks, and carefully organizes and scientifically manages to ensure the smooth capping of the main structure. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
