Quality and Safety Publicity Conference in Suzhou Region

On June 6, the first half of the Group's Safety and Quality Comprehensive Inspection Unit held a quality and safety publicity meeting in Suzhou area. Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company, attended the meeting. More than 60 people from branch companies, contractors, project department and Bem Design Institute of the group participated in the meeting. At the meeting, how to do a good job in project safety management, potential safety hazards investigation, quality planning, quality common failures prevention and control were publicized. The project quality and safety manual, 10 new technologies in construction industry, BIM technical policy documents were interpreted. The inspection team analyzed the current quality and safety situation thoroughly, and briefly commented on some inspection items in combination with the actual quality of the project and safety accident cases. Finally, Chairman Yin Weidong made an important speech, hoping that the participants would take more social responsibility by tempering their political quality, enhancing their political determination, fostering good political accomplishment and initiatively assuming more social responsibilities. In terms of the current development situation of the group, the chairman asked all Qian'an people to live in safety and think about danger, to have a clear understanding of quality and safety is the lifeline of the enterprise, to fully absorb the lessons of Changshu Wanda accident, and to be brave enough to shoulder the responsibility. Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange
On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
