On June 14, the Group Tianjin Company organized a judicial business publicity meeting, in which more than 40 people, including the principal responsible persons, contractors and relevant personnel of the project department, participated. The Group Law Department and the Market Department respectively promulgated the requirements of the current group law work and the market operation compliance management, interpreted the legal risks in the daily operation and related documents of the company, and provided guidance for the prevention of business risks, the response to industrial accidents, the prevention of labor subcontracting and the risk of disputes over sales contracts. In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
