On August 19, five members of the CPC Qidong Municipal Committee, Wang Xiaobin, Jiang Ping, the Municipal Committee Standing Committee and the Minister of Propaganda, Gong Xinming, the Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee, came to the Group's Tibet Branch for inspection and guidance. They went to the Lhasa Civil Service Center project and the headquarters of the Tibet Branch successively to inspect the construction site, regardless of the altitude hypoxia response. Secretary Wang fully affirmed the gratifying achievements made by Qi'an in Jiangsu Province in the past seven years, pointing out that the establishment and development of Qi'an in these seven years is not only a test of personal will, but also a test of Qi'an team's will. As a construction enterprise in Qidong, Jiangsu Qi'an can innovate and develop in high altitude areas, and steadily advance with high quality. Integrating Party building into the overall construction of enterprises, new achievements have been made continuously, which have been affirmed and praised by the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the local government.
