On August 19, five members of the CPC Qidong Municipal Committee, Wang Xiaobin, Jiang Ping, the Municipal Committee Standing Committee and the Minister of Propaganda, Gong Xinming, the Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee, came to the Group's Tibet Branch for inspection and guidance. They went to the Lhasa Civil Service Center project and the headquarters of the Tibet Branch successively to inspect the construction site, regardless of the altitude hypoxia response.
