On August 19, the CPC Qidong Municipal Party Committee Wang Xiaobin, the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Propaganda Minister Jiang Ping, the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary-General Gong Xinming and other delegations made a special trip to the group's Tibet branch for inspection and guidance. The central project and the headquarters of the Tibet Branch inspected the construction site and listened to the work report of Shen Yan from the Tibet Branch.
Secretary Wang fully affirmed the gratifying achievements of Qi'an in Jiangsu's rooting in Tibet over the past seven years, and pointed out that these seven years of foothold and development are not only a test of the will of the individual, but also a test of the will of the Qi'an team. Enterprises can innovate and develop in high-altitude areas, steadily promote high quality, and integrate party building work into the overall construction of enterprises. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
