Post Festival training is a fine tradition of Kai'an in Jiangsu Province. This year, novel coronavirus pneumonia has been ravaged, and our carefully planned post training has been cancelled. Many of our work arrangements have also been seriously affected. Although the epidemic can stop us from going out to do business, it can not stop our determination to organize learning. The group company decided to innovate learning methods, adopt "cloud classroom" and continue to organize post Festival training. The chairman stressed that "Qi'an cloud classroom" is an important preparation for Qi'an people to face the epidemic and plan to return to work, and also a new way to improve the continuing education of employees. At ordinary times, our production work is very hard and busy, and we have little time and opportunity to participate in training. Now, the epidemic has given us valuable time to stop work and study at home. He expressed his heartfelt praise to the students who consciously participated in "Qi'an cloud class" today! Yin Weidong stressed that in the future, it will further expand the content of "qi'anyun classroom" and continue to improve the professional quality and political quality of employees. It is of great significance to carry out staff training and improve professional quality, which is the development direction of an excellent construction enterprise. The "Qi'an cloud classroom" is rich in content, involving safety, quality, new technology application, information management, business management, scientific and technological innovation achievements, etc. the lecturers have rich practical experience. In the future, the group will further enrich the content of "cloud classroom", plan to recruit and hire 100 lecturers, set up a "Qi'an lecturer group", invite regional and branch heads, project department managers, technical backbones and Qi'an craftsmen to give keynote lectures, gather more Qi'an wisdom, and participate in the construction of learning enterprises together.
In this special opening ceremony, Yin Weidong also put forward three guiding opinions on the current epidemic prevention and control work of the group.
First, we should strengthen our confidence and take an active part in epidemic prevention. All Kai'an people must view the current epidemic situation from a political and stable perspective. The novel coronavirus pneumonia General Secretary Xi Jinping should resolutely implement the decision making plan for the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention work, strictly implement the requirements of various local governments in epidemic prevention, and conscientiously do well in the prevention and control work of this unit. All regions, branches and project departments should set up corresponding leading groups, and formulate emergency plans, so as to be firm in confidence, work together in the same boat, be responsible for the land, coordinate as a whole, and strengthen management, "guard your own door, manage your own people, and do your own business", and never believe or spread rumors, or violate epidemic prevention laws and disciplines. Second, we must strictly abide by the requirements and shall not return to work in advance without authorization. It is strictly prohibited to resume work without permission regardless of the epidemic situation and requirements.
Third, we should focus on the key points and carefully prepare for the resumption of work. We should pay attention to the purchase of necessary epidemic protection equipment and facilities in advance, especially the purchase of masks, disinfectants and body temperature testers; we should focus on epidemic monitoring, prepare for the education of staff protection knowledge in advance, isolate the staff from the key epidemic areas, strengthen the management of the project left behind staff, and strengthen the education of the returned staff; we should focus on the temperature test Environmental disinfection, food safety, information registration and safety inspection of facilities and equipment.
