Novel coronavirus pneumonia disrupted the work schedule after the Spring Festival, which was approved by 9 people in the first class construction division. In view of this special situation, the group organized the interview team, using modern communication tools, at the same time, the same platform, different space, and finally completed the remote interview of candidates in different regions.
