On March 25, the project Department of Kesi Chuang, Jinwei branch of the group received a thank-you letter from Chen Yun, general manager of Kesi Chuang Shanghai integrated base, expressing gratitude to the maintenance service team of the project department for providing continuous maintenance services for PCs production base of Kesi Chuang during the epidemic. In the face of novel coronavirus pneumonia, Jin Wei people seriously formulated strict epidemic control measures, and equipped with maintenance service attendants. At the same time, nearly 100 construction personnel were organized to return to work on time, which ensured the resumption of construction. In response to Dr. Chen Yun's letter, project manager Shi Hailong said that he would, as always, pay attention to and abide by the relevant requirements of the local government and the owner, keep vigilance and do a good job in epidemic prevention, do everything possible to ensure safety and stability, and provide high-quality inspection and maintenance services for the base. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
