The first half of the group's safety and quality inspection is about to start

On May 27, the group company issued the notice on organizing and carrying out the safety and quality inspection in the first half of 2020 (Su Qi'an [2020] No. 25), and decided to carry out the safety and quality inspection and education publicity and implementation activities in the first half of the year from June 1. The inspection aims to implement the spirit of the second shareholders' meeting of the third session of the group and the company's safety and quality management policy, strengthen the implementation of safety and quality responsibility of engineering projects, grasp the safety and quality management status of regional companies, branches and project departments in real time, and continuously improve the comprehensive management level of safety and quality of engineering projects. The inspection contents include the following nine aspects: 1. Project management personnel allocation, social security payment and on duty performance; 2. Project safety, quality, excellence and safety creation objectives and implementation; 3. Authenticity, accuracy and completion of safety management materials such as project management system, safety education, safety activities, safety disclosure, inspection and rectification, safety acceptance, emergency rescue and Safety log Integrity; 4. Synchronization, integrity and compliance of project data; special equipment commencement notice and supervision and inspection procedures; 5. Pertinence and compliance of project planning, construction organization design and special scheme; 6. Application of project technology innovation, four new technologies, ten new technologies and green construction technologies; 7. Comprehensive management of site safety, civilization and dangerous projects; 8. Project physical appearance and actual measurement quality; 9. Implementation of project real name management. The inspection items will be extracted from the existing projects under construction in each area, covering all branches in principle. The notice requires all regional companies and project departments to arrange relevant personnel according to inspection contents and inspection procedures, prepare inspection data and required inspection instruments to cooperate with the inspection; during the inspection, normal construction shall be carried out, and no work shall be suspended for inspection. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
