On May 27, Nantong housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau held the first training course of "safety responsibility notification, special warning education and safety public commitment" before the commencement of construction projects. As a participating unit of Nantong rail transit, Yin Weidong, chairman of the group, Zhang Yue, safety director and project manager attended the training, and Chen Xiaodong, deputy mayor of Nantong City, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. This training is mainly aimed at all participating units of Nantong rail transit project. The rail construction safety experts of China Railway Electrification Bureau were invited to give guidance on the risk management and control, shield construction safety risk and prevention and control involved in the project. The chairman of the board of directors and others listened to the guidance and participated in the strict knowledge test of safety production laws and regulations on the spot.

At the training course, Chen Xiaodong asked the participants to consciously implement the three systems of safety notification, warning education and safety commitment. He stressed that safety in production is the most important thing and the responsibility is more important than Mount Tai; there is no idea of innocence in safety, and the safety education of front-line employees should be strengthened; the safety consciousness of enterprises should not be replaced by administrative supervision; efforts should be made to simplify the complex system of safety in production into the simple operation requirements of production front-line, and further strengthen the bottom line consciousness and red line consciousness of safety in production management.

On behalf of the company, the chairman of the Group signed a letter of commitment for the main responsibility of safety production of the construction unit with the heads of all units participating in the construction of Rail Transit Line 1 and line 2 and Nantong Construction Bureau in the training course. The chairman said: the training is of great significance. Mayor Chen's speech is profound and grounded, which shows that the government attaches more importance to the safety of construction projects. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
