   On October 19, a group of seven people including Jin Yuan, vice chairman of the Nantong CPPCC, Wang Kailiang, director of the Nantong Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, came to the group’s Tibet company Lhasa Ziyu Mingdu project for inspection and guidance. Jin Yuan fully affirmed Jiangsu Qi’an’s achievements in the eight years since it took root in Tibet, and pointed out that Jiangsu Qi’an, as an excellent construction company in Nantong, can innovate and develop in high-altitude areas with high-quality advancement, and integrate party building and labor union work into the overall construction. Constantly making new achievements, the achievements are hard-won and very valuable. Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
