On October 19, a group of seven people including Jin Yuan, vice chairman of the Nantong CPPCC, Wang Kailiang, director of the Nantong Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, came to the group’s Tibet company Lhasa Ziyu Mingdu project for inspection and guidance. Jin Yuan fully affirmed Jiangsu Qi’an’s achievements in the eight years since it took root in Tibet, and pointed out that Jiangsu Qi’an, as an excellent construction company in Nantong, can innovate and develop in high-altitude areas with high-quality advancement, and integrate party building and labor union work into the overall construction. Constantly making new achievements, the achievements are hard-won and very valuable. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
