At the same time, we must be prepared for danger in times of safety, and face up to the characteristics and actual situation of the company's civil engineering projects, such as the increasing proportion of civil engineering projects year by year, large mobility of personnel, many and scattered sporadic projects, and the difficulty of contracting management as the supervisor control. In addition, the requirements of government departments in safety, environmental protection, real name system, quality and other aspects are higher and higher, and the control is more and more powerful, which puts forward higher requirements for the legal work of the group.
To strengthen the legal work of the group company, we must understand it from a strategic height. Move forward the "window" of legal affairs and improve the construction of legal team. According to the work arrangement in recent years, the group requires all regions and branches to have professional legal advisers. On the basis of the legal department, the group headquarters employs professional lawyers to establish a stronger legal advisory service team and exercise one vote veto of legal audit to further prevent risks and realize sustainable development It has very important practical and long-term significance, and is a new beginning of the legal work of the group. It is hoped that after the establishment of the lawyer consulting service team, we can quickly carry out the work, start from improving the approval process, and standardize the text of the group supplier model contract, including all kinds of procurement contracts, professional subcontracting contracts, labor subcontracting contracts, leasing contracts, labor employment contracts, etc. A normal communication mechanism should be formed between the legal department of the group and the legal advisory panel, including the legal advisers employed by the subsidiary companies.
