On the afternoon of January 29, Li Ling, Secretary of Qidong municipal Party committee, went deep into some key construction enterprises to carry out research and presided over a forum. Tang Haibing and she Dehua, municipal leaders, participated in the activity. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, was invited to attend the meeting.
Yin Weidong, chairman of the board of directors, made an exchange speech at the forum, summarizing the operation and development of the enterprise in the past year, and briefly introduced the situation of Qi'an in Jiangsu Province from seven aspects, including growth nodes, professional advantages, market characteristics, brand characteristics, corporate culture, anti epidemic highlights, and management concepts. The chairman said that in the new year, we will continue to adhere to the general principle of "three insistences and three transfers", achieve the goal of "consolidating the foundation, promoting characteristics, preventing risks and keeping the bottom line", take high-quality development as the first step, survive in the steady progress, open up a new situation in the crisis, and make new and greater contributions to the strengthening and beautifying of the "hometown of architecture".
In her speech, Li Ling, Secretary of the municipal Party committee, encouraged the construction enterprises to take advantage of the situation, base themselves on themselves, continuously carry forward the spirit of "adventurer", constantly speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading, enhance the core competitiveness, realize stable, healthy and sustainable development, further promote the brand of "hometown of architecture", and contribute more to the new journey of building socialist modernization in an all-round way . Secretary Li Ling also made specific requirements for supporting the next development of the construction industry.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
