From December 4 to 5, two experts from the external audit team of the certification center of Beijing China Construction Association carried out non routine certification extension audit on the general contracting discipline of municipal public works construction for the "integrated management system of quality, environment, occupational health and safety and quality management norms of engineering construction enterprises" of the group company.

Two experts interviewed the group's senior managers, enterprise management department, engineering department, installation department, market development department, human resources department and other relevant functional departments through in-depth on-site questioning and conversation, random sampling, data collection and data access And the Municipal Engineering Project Department of Laihe Road (Jingqi road to Tonggang Avenue), lvsigang Town, Qidong City, carried out the audit, focusing on the inspection of the "integrated management system of quality, environment, occupational health and safety and quality management norms of engineering construction enterprises" of the group company In municipal public works, and effectively verified the suitability, sufficiency and effectiveness of the system documents. At the last meeting, the audit expert group confirmed that the group company successfully passed the non routine expansion audit, recommended the qualification of integrated management system certification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, and put forward some improvement suggestions for our company. Recently, we have successfully received the new system certification certificate.

Through this non routine expansion review, the certification scope of the group has covered quality, environment, occupational health and safety management activities such as construction engineering, electromechanical engineering, general contracting of municipal public engineering construction, air purification engineering construction, professional contracting of building electromechanical installation engineering, construction labor and so on. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
