On December 17, the Standing Committee of Qidong Municipal People's Congress announced the list of deputies to the 18th Qidong Municipal People's Congress. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the group company, was elected.

According to the provisions of the election law, the group company is the eighth constituency of deputies to the National People's Congress of municipal organs. It earnestly does a good job in voter registration, publishing voter lists and selecting preliminary candidates according to law. Finally, it recommends Yang Xiaodong, Shi Ruijuan and Yin Weidong as official candidates for the eighth constituency of Qidong 18th people's Congress. On December 8, Yin Weidong introduced his basic situation, willingness to participate in the election and assumption of duty performance to the voter representatives through the voter meeting, conducted interactive Q & A with the voter representatives, and won the support of the voter representatives in the constituency. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
