May day is a common holiday for workers all over the world. It is of great significance to commemorate the international labor day during the critical period of the national campaign against Omicron. On the occasion of the May Day holiday, on behalf of the Party committee and the board of directors of the group company, I would like to extend my high respect and holiday greetings to all Qi'an employees and Qi'an workers who still stick to the front line of epidemic prevention and project positions during the holiday!

At present, the situation of national epidemic prevention and control is still grim. The work and life of many Qi'an people have been affected to varying degrees by the unexpected COVID-19. What is admirable is that many people in Qi'an fought in the front line of the fight against epidemic disease in this fight to win the war of epidemic prevention and control. They built many high-standard shelter hospitals and medical isolation points for Shanghai, Tibet, their hometown Qidong and other places, showing the heroic feelings of the rebels and shouldering special responsibilities and missions. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my highest salute and heartfelt thanks to the Kai'an builders who have contributed their labor and wisdom to the arduous construction of anti epidemic facilities.

I sincerely hope that Qi'an builders who use noble labor to protect people's lives should effectively protect their own health and life safety and the health and life safety of their workers, but also insist on carrying forward positive energy, creating a good atmosphere, gathering warm forces, and not believing or spreading rumors. I believe that persistence is a victory. As long as we persist in doing a good job in protection, mutual concern and common anti epidemic, we will be able to overcome the impact of novel coronavirus on us. Our work and life will eventually return to the past. The sunny may day is coming to us!

Gather strength from all rivers and seek development and innovation. In the past 40 years, several generations of Qi'an people have achieved today's glory and won social praise with hard work, simple work and creative work. Looking back on the development path of hard work and entrepreneurship, we feel the greatness and loftiness of labor, which confirms the truth that "labor creates wealth, happiness and a better life", and points out the direction and provides action guidance for us to overcome difficulties and challenges and achieve sustainable and healthy development.

Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
