The group company held the 2022 Qi'an labor management meeting

On the afternoon of April 29, the 2022 Qi'an labor management meeting was held in Qi'an building in the form of "Online + offline", attended by nearly 150 people from the labor company, relevant branches of the group and the project department. Yinweidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the group company, took the time to attend and make an important speech.

The chairman put forward three requirements at the meeting: first, improve the awareness of all staff on the importance of labor management, focus on project management and improve risk prevention; 2、 Highlight the key points of labor management, and standardize contract signing, safety education and personnel training; Accelerate the internal evaluation and assessment mechanism and establish a resource base; 3、 Strengthen the study of national policies and company systems, and make it clear that the labor service company should serve and manage the branch and project department well. At the same time, the chairman put forward three objectives for labor management: short-term objectives: to do a good job in the "firewall" of Kai'an to prevent risks for Kai'an; The medium-term goal is to cultivate and build a workforce of self owned industries and reserve high-quality labor resources; The long-term goal is to build Qi'an service brand and become the strong cornerstone of Qi'an for a century!

At the meeting, the manager of the labor service company publicized and implemented the spirit of the chairman's report at the fourth general meeting of the third session of the group, and the relevant principals of Qian group Jinhui branch, No. 5 branch and Lexmark branch made an exchange speech on labor service management.

Fanhongyan, chief economist of the group and head of Qi'an labor service, made a report on labor service management in 2022. President fan pointed out the risks and management methods of labor management at this stage from four aspects: policy interpretation, labor management status, development objectives and management requirements. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
