On July 26, Jiang Bai, vice chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region, came to the group's Qi'an Tibet company to inspect the design and construction of the model room of the management and protection room of the north and South Mountain greening project in Lhasa. Accompanied by Shen Yan, deputy general manager of the group and head of Tibet region. The North South Mountain greening project in Lhasa is the first representative project of large-scale ecological construction and restoration in the river valley area in Tibet. It aims to build Lhasa into an ecological and livable provincial capital city on the plateau. The group Qi'an Tibet undertakes to build the management and protection room of the project. Vice Chairman Jiang Bai called on Qi'an Tibet to stand on the strategic height of striving to create a national ecological civilization highland, devote all its efforts to grasping this north-south image project in detail and doing it well, and further optimize the design from the aspects of building functions, styles and colors to ensure the construction of green, safe, practical and distinctive management and protection houses. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
