People must climb the mountain bravely when they reach the middle stream. From August 30 to 31, the mid year working meeting of the Group Company was held in the newly completed Qi'an Building. More than 120 people attended, including Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Board, Lu Fei, General Manager, headquarters departments, and representatives of various regions, branches, directly affiliated units, and contractors.
Yin Weidong gave a work report with the theme of "Firming confidence, managing danger, moving forward with a heavy load, and working hard to achieve the goals and tasks of the year". In the first half of the year, the Group's economy developed tenaciously, its business performance went against the trend, its structure was excellent, and the amount of new contracts signed increased compared with the same period last year; It won the first place in the installation category of the top 100 enterprises in the construction industry of Jiangsu Province for the 13th time, participated in the construction of epidemic prevention in and out of the hometown, and demonstrated the responsibility of Qi'an. In an extraordinary context, many remarkable achievements have been made.
The sea is full of vicissitudes, and the essence of loyalty is even more obvious in times of adversity. The Chairman pointed out that we should keep a clear head and be alert to the seriousness and complexity of the current internal and external situation, the difficulties and hardships of the company in "transforming the crisis into survival", and the long way to go on the road of "carrying the heavy burden". It is hoped that all Qi'an people must have an overall view and a long-term perspective. They should not only see risks and difficulties, but also build confidence in overcoming difficulties. The most important thing is to make concerted efforts to cope with difficulties and try to defuse and prevent risks. To this end, the Chairman put forward five work requirements: first, consolidate the discussion results of ideological and style construction, and strengthen the confidence in moving forward; Second, optimize the basis for transformation and upgrading of the business structure, and enhance the bottom line before the crisis; The third is to increase control and actively resolve historical risks, and consolidate the cornerstone of dangerous progress; Fourth, consolidate the achievements of creating excellence, creating security, talents, and strengthening the enterprise, and increase the wisdom of moving forward with danger; Fifthly, strengthen the guidance of Party building, improve the corporate culture, and stimulate the power to turn the crisis forward; Let's work together to win the best result of the year, and celebrate the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with excellent performance!
Zhu Hairong, Director of Qidong Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban Rural Development, gave a speech at the meeting, fully affirmed the excellent performance of Qi'an, and thanked Jiangsu Qi'an for its contribution to social and economic development in Qidong, which exceeded 100 million yuan in the first half of the year.
The meeting held a mid year work exchange. Executive Deputy General Manager Zhang Jian reported the comprehensive inspection in the first half of the year. Deputy General Manager Song Hongliang, Chief Economist Fan Hongyan, Chief Engineer Wu Donghui, Chief Safety Officer Zhang Yue, Chief Accountant Yu Chengjian and managers of regional companies made work reports in the first half of the year. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
