On September 8, the Finance Department of the Group held a meeting to publicize and implement the spirit of the mid year work meeting. Chen Hongxing, the person in charge of the Finance Department, interpreted the work report made by the Chairman, deployed the work in the second half of the year, and pointed out that all financial personnel should pool their wisdom and work closely according to the actual situation and work priorities to ensure the successful realization of the objectives and tasks of the year. Yu Chengjian, the Chief Accountant, requires all staff to strengthen their confidence, overcome the difficulties, try their best to resolve and prevent financial and tax risks, and lay a solid foundation for the Group to achieve sustainable and high-quality development.
On the same day, the Group Dongrun and the Labor Service Company held a meeting to convey the spirit of the mid year work meeting report made by the Group Chairman Yin Weidong, and made arrangements for the promotion of the work in the second half of the year. At the meeting, the manager of the labor service company organized the participants to summarize the work in the first half of the year, analyze the problems that occurred, and require that the real name system management be the focus of work, strengthen risk identification and risk prevention, strive to improve management and service levels, establish and constantly improve the labor service evaluation mechanism, introduce excellent labor teams, and enrich the list of qualified labor teams. Subsequently, the deputy manager of Dongrun Company, based on the work in the first half of the year, deployed the work tasks in the second half of the year, requiring the project management personnel to take "focusing on project management and improving project management level" as the core, effectively strengthen the management awareness of quality, safety, real name system and other work on the project, implement various management measures and continuously improve the management level. Fan Hongyan, the chief economist of the Group, requires all staff to keep the habit of continuous learning in their work, strengthen their sense of responsibility, consciously join the Bureau, take the initiative, prevent risks for the Group in terms of labor services, and establish the brand image of Qi'an in the municipal area.
In the afternoon of September 8, Jinyinhao Branch held a mid year working meeting. Huang Kai, the person in charge of the branch company, carefully studied the chairman's mid year work report and pointed out that while strengthening the management and control of various risks such as safety, quality, operation and real name system, we should actively give play to the strengths of Jinyinhao, create construction highlights, actively create excellence and innovation, dig things carefully and deeply to do fine projects, and contribute more to the sustainable and high-quality development of the Group. Huang Kai also asked the participants to deliver the spirit of the Chairman's report to the front line of the project in a timely manner, so as to educate the construction personnel to base themselves on their own work and practice their own skills to make contributions to the successful completion of the annual goals and tasks.
In the afternoon of September 9, the Enterprise Management Department and the Human Resources Department of the Group held a publicity and implementation meeting to implement and study the spirit of the Chairman's speech at the 2022 Mid Year Work Conference, as well as the department's work summary in the first half of the year and work deployment in the next phase, which was chaired by Fan Hongyan, the Group's chief economist.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Human Resources Department and the Enterprise Management Department respectively interpreted the chairman's mid year work report, summarized the work in the first half of the year, put forward ideas for improvement around the shortcomings, and deployed the work priorities in the second half of the year, making arrangements around the key work contents such as "training and evidence collection", "Qi'an Cloud classroom", "industrial worker training", "labor service real name system", and "talent introduction and training".

On September 9, Chongqing Company held a mid year work meeting in the form of "offline+online", which was attended by more than 130 managers from branches and project departments in the region. Ma Chunfeng, the regional director, publicized and interpreted the mid-term work report of the Chairman of the Board, and the regional technical quality, safety and real name system directors summarized the relevant work in the first half of the year.
