Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group Company, was invited to participate in the opening ceremony as the representative of the participants. Wang Hui, secretary of Nantong Municipal Party Committee, announced that Rail Transit Line 1 was officially opened to traffic.

The total length of Nantong Rail Transit Line 1 is 39.182 km. The whole line is composed of underground lines and underground stations. One Pingdong Depot and one Xiaohai Parking Station are set up, which is the largest and most complex infrastructure project in Nantong's urban construction history. In January 2020, the Group Company successfully won the bid for Lot 04 of Electromechanical Installation of Line 1 Phase I Project, which is the first to cooperate with "Chinese character" enterprises in the construction of rail transit, and is mainly responsible for the construction of power and lighting systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, etc. of four stations including Huanxi Cultural Plaza Station and the adjacent half distance sections of each station. This is the most difficult, most urgent and demanding section of the project. During the construction period of more than two years, the group and company in charge of construction overcame many difficulties such as tight construction period, heavy tasks, multiple cross construction, heavy coordination workload, epidemic situation and high temperature, gave full play to the spirit and professional advantages of the Qi'an Railway Army, which is particularly capable of fighting, fulfilled the high expectations and completed the construction task with great care, and was praised and affirmed by the owner many times, so as to open a new prelude to Nantong's urban construction It has made outstanding contributions to Nantong traffic construction and accumulated construction experience for the Group to participate in urban rail transit construction. Wu Xinming, Deputy Secretary of Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, expressed his sincere thanks to all the builders, including Qi'an in Jiangsu, in his speech. After the opening ceremony, Yin Weidong and the leaders of Nantong also took the subway together to experience the operation of Nantong Rail Transit Line 1.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
