Jiangsu Qi'an added strength to the epidemic prevention construction of Shanghai

On November 16, the construction of isolated plank houses on Canghai Road, Pudong, Shanghai was under intensive construction. The project is constructed according to three-star standards, with a tight construction period and a total investment of more than 6 billion yuan. Jiangsu Qi'an undertook to build 6 400 sets of plank houses. According to Shi Hui, the project manager of the subsidiary company of the group responsible for the construction, this is another important project they built after the isolation point of the parking lot of Shanghai Chongming Flower Expo, the management site of the New International Expo Center and other epidemic prevention facilities. All employees involved in Qi'an carry forward the Qi'an spirit of fighting for honor, are not afraid of hardship or tiredness, and work day and night to ensure that the project will be delivered on the 20th of this month, making new contributions to Shanghai Epidemic Prevention Construction. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
