In 2022, the results of Qidong "Dongjiang Craftsman" selection activity were announced, and Shi Linhui, as the representative of the company's electricians, won the "Dongjiang Craftsman Nomination Award". "Dongjiang Craftsman" is one of the highest honors of Qidong in terms of motivating skilled talents. Shi Linhui has worked in Qi'an Branch since 2000. As a first-line skilled innovative talent independently cultivated by local enterprises, he has always been dedicated, hardworking and assiduous. He has a high theoretical level and strong practical ability in electrical and HVAC. He led the team to tackle many technical problems, such as the split type double season heat pipe heat recovery unit and the separated system electric control, to provide sustainable improvement solutions and more energy-saving products for industrial plants, civil buildings and household users. He has won the second place in Shanghai Construction Electrician Skill Competition, Shanghai "Technical Expert Award", Qidong "High skilled Talent Contribution Award", and the title of "Excellent Talent" and "Position Expert" of the Group Company for many years.
