On December 7, the Group Company successfully won the bid for the project of Yugang Jiayuan Security Landlord Area in Lvsigang Town, Qidong City. The bidding competition for this project is fierce, with 34 companies participating in it. The method of remote bid evaluation is adopted. From 9:00 a.m. on December 6 to 6:00 a.m. on December 7, the project manager was not allowed to leave the computer. At 2:00 a.m. on December 7, the remote defense was also held by the project manager; During this period, the relevant personnel of Nantong Company tracked and guaranteed the whole process, helped with the selection of performance and the production of electronic bid, and will continue to organize the backbone to do a good job in the preliminary planning of the project in the next stage to ensure the smooth and high-quality progress of the project. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
