On February 4, the fifth general meeting of the third shareholders of the Group Company was successfully held in the conference hall on the 4th floor of Qi'an Building. Gong Xinming, Deputy Secretary of Qidong Municipal Party Committee, was invited to attend, and more than 80 people attended, including shareholders of the company, deputy heads of headquarters departments and offices, managers and deputy managers of regional companies, heads of branches and representatives of directly affiliated units. The conference began with the impassioned song "Song of Qi'an". Yin Weidong, the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the group company, made a work report on behalf of the board of directors entitled "Brave to overcome the difficulties and dangers to survive together in the same boat and strive hard to achieve the" Dream of Qi'an "and consolidate the foundation of the century-old cause". The report comprehensively reviewed the development process of the group company in the past year, including its business performance, corporate image, industry brand, internal management and party building culture.

When deploying the work of the new year, the chairman said that 2023 was the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, the year to tackle the difficulties of the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan", and the key year to promote the survival of safety and chemical hazards and the development of resilience.

With regard to the work in 2023, the Chairman pointed out that we should take "brave the difficulties, overcome the dangers, work together, and develop tenaciously" as the general principle of work, and specifically achieve the following goals: unify our thinking, take history as a mirror, and consolidate the consensus on the dangers, and develop tenaciously; Seek opportunities in danger, do a good job of yourself, and build the foundation for strengthening the survival of danger and tenacity development; Improve management and control, highlight the key points, dredge the development vein of danger and resilience; We should strengthen the enterprise with talents, devote ourselves to excellence, endow the enterprise with the ability to transform the crisis into survival, and develop the wisdom of resilience; Improve the style of work, sink the service, and enhance the momentum of the development of resilience; The Party building will lead the way, promote culture, and stimulate the spirit of transforming danger and seeking survival and resilient development. Finally, the chairman stressed that as long as all Qi'an people work together in the same boat, share the same aspiration, overcome the difficulties and develop tenaciously, they will be able to realize the sustainable development of Qi'an cause and make greater contributions to the construction industry of Qi'an.

Gong Xinming, deputy secretary of Qidong Municipal Party Committee, made an important speech. At the meeting, Fan Hongyan, the chairman of the Board of Supervisors, and Yu Chengjian, the chief accountant, successively made the work report and financial work report of the Board of Supervisors. The meeting unanimously voted to adopt the above three reports, and Zhang Jian, the executive vice president, read out the resolution to adopt the "three reports".
