On the afternoon of February 14, the signing ceremony of cooperation between the group company and Qidong Science and Technology Technology School was held at Qi'an Education and Training Base. Zhang Xiaowei, director of Qidong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wang Jingzhu, deputy director, Yin Weidong, secretary of the group company's party committee and chairman, Wang Xiaofei, secretary of the party branch of the Science and Information Technology School, and other relevant leaders attended the signing ceremony. Fan Hongyan, chief economist of the Group, Wan Shui, president of Kexin and other comrades accompanied the event.

On the basis of full understanding of each other, the group company and Kexin Technical School, in line with the principle of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win, and common development", decided to carry out in-depth cooperation in teaching and research integration in student training and employment, technical ability improvement, etc.

Before the signing ceremony, Fan Hongyan, the group's chief economist, led the participants to visit the training base's intelligent manufacturing experience hall, practical training hall, theoretical teaching building, etc., and introduced the company's talent status and development plan to the guests, especially the important measures taken in promoting the construction of industrial workers in the past two years.

Chairman Yin of the Group attaches great importance to the construction of skilled workers. At the signing ceremony, he stressed that the quality of skilled workers directly affects the quality and success of the project. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
