On February 14, the group's Tibet Qi'an held the 2022 comprehensive recognition and early 2023 work conference in Lhasa, with more than 200 managers in Tibet participating.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the work report made by Yin Weidong, the chairman of the Group at the fifth general meeting of the third session of shareholders. Shen Yan, the regional head, made specific arrangements for the work of Qi'an in Tibet in 2023, with the theme of "working hard to make progress while maintaining stability, practicing unswervingly, and showing greater achievements in integrating into the development tide of building a modern new Tibet", Participants are required to continue to adhere to the basic idea of "controllable risk, moderate scale, cash as king, and steady development", take target management as the starting point, seek benefits from project management, and fully realize the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency increase". Song Chunjue, head of Jinshun Branch, delivered a speech via video.
Yin Weidong, the secretary of the party committee and chairman of the group company, made an important speech through video. He pointed out that it was not easy to enter the Tibet market and the achievements were not simple. Qi'an people should cherish the Tibet market and not forget their original intention. He stressed that the Tibet market is the highlight market of the group and also the brand market. Qi'an people should give strong support and continue to do well. With regard to doing a good job this year and for a period to come, the Chairman hoped that Tibet Qi'an would give full play to its advantages, strengthen its management, work hard and unswervingly, and show greater achievements in integrating into the development tide of building a modern new Tibet, and put forward specific work requirements such as continuing to do a good job in enterprises, striving to build more high-quality works, strengthening the management of real name system of labor services, and continuing to promote Qi'an culture in Tibet.
The meeting also commended the advanced collectives and outstanding individuals who made outstanding achievements in the anti-epidemic front and work in Qi'an, Tibet in 2022. (Qi'an, Tibet)
