The comprehensive inspection of the group company for the second half of the year has successfully concluded.

The comprehensive inspection of the group's second half of the year has successfully concluded.

From November 5 to December 9, the group organized a comprehensive inspection for the second half of the year, aiming to implement the spirit of the mid-year work meeting, understand project management conditions, and enhance overall management levels. The inspection team was led by General Manager Zhang Jian and lasted for more than a month, focusing on project quality, safety, and real-name system management, involving 8 regions, 11 subsidiaries, and 15 projects, covering photovoltaic energy storage, pharmaceuticals, logistics warehousing, industrial plants, and electromechanical installation.

The inspection team conducted checks based on national production safety laws and regulations and standards, combined with the group's safety management requirements. They focused on project safety education, safety disclosure, safety acceptance, major hazard engineering, inspection rectification, emergency rescue process control materials, as well as the overall site management status and the establishment of a dual prevention system. Among them, foreign-funded and construction general contracting projects had key management personnel in place fulfilling their duties, special operation personnel holding certificates for work, and project safety documentation management being relatively standardized to meet government, group, and project department management requirements. Each project department was able to earnestly implement the group's technical and quality management systems and special equipment construction management regulations. They made solid progress in daily quality inspections, major hazard engineering management, and labor real-name systems while actively promoting on-site production. Each project department is committed to creating high-quality projects, adhering to craftsmanship spirit, valuing project planning and detail refinement, with many innovative processes worth noting. Real-name system real-time monitoring has achieved significant results with continuous improvement in overall levels. However, some urgent issues were also identified during the inspection process; a few management personnel were not sufficiently familiar with regulations, some projects had common quality issues, documentation preparation did not match actual conditions; and some projects had relatively reduced safety investments while safety management of labor subcontractors still needed further strengthening.

The comprehensive inspection is a systematic arrangement by the group focusing on project management and is of great significance for enhancing the overall level of project management. The inspection team will provide a summary report based on the inspection findings and will commend and reward the top three in quality, safety, and real-name system management.
