From November 6th to 21st, the preparatory team of the group's centralized procurement center rushed to the software operation platform, sister enterprises, and suppliers to carry out learning and exchange activities. At the Nanjing Installation Platform Headquarters and Xi'an Shaanxi Construction Engineering, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on platform access, bidding management, centralized procurement catalog, supplier management mechanism, product quality, supply period, account period, and risk control. At the headquarters of Yixing Far East Co., Ltd., both parties reviewed their good cooperation over the years, clarified the trend of centralized procurement based on quantity for price and scale for advantage, and reached a strategic cooperation framework to facilitate win-win cooperation. In the next stage, the preparatory team of the group's centralized procurement center will further visit sister units and supplier customers, actively listen to the opinions and suggestions of relevant subsidiaries and project departments, gather wisdom and strength to promote the implementation of the company's centralized procurement work, achieve the requirements of risk prevention, cost reduction and efficiency improvement proposed in the company's mid year work conference, and provide more guarantees for the group to achieve resilient development.
