In November 2nd, at the invitation of the group, six designers from the group's Design Institute went to the Shanghai Lansheng Hotel reconstruction project site to assist BIM design, guide site construction and help solve problems.

Shanghai Lansheng Hotel is an elegant four star hotel, located in Shanghai Hongkou District cypress business district. The hotel in September this year began a major transformation, the group is a company with quality, performance, quality, safety, credibility and other comprehensive advantages to win its mechanical and electrical installation renovation project, the contract price of 30 million yuan. The project is tight, heavy tasks, high quality requirements, lack of basic data, how to deepen the design for the characteristics of the project is more urgent.

Group Design Institute designers entered the site found that the project due to the 3 devices, room space is narrow, pipelines, pipelines, facilities and equipment are numerous, criss cross, like a maze, construction is difficult. At the same time, Lansheng Hotel renovation project of the original data and most drawings have been lost, a serious lack of architecture, structure, electrical and mechanical equipment, facilities, pipelines and other related basic data, undoubtedly caused great difficulty to deepen the design. In the face of such a predicament, the designers of BEM Design Institute did not flinch, but the difficulties, positive communication and coordination with the project department, the initiative to organize the scene measurement, after 20 days of effort, finally mastered the basic data of the deepening of the design to overcome the on-site equipment, pipelines, small space and other difficulties, to optimize the pipeline and the pipeline arrangement, to avoid the collision, which laid the foundation for the project to ensure the timely task.
