From April 24 to 27, the group company's installation department and engineering department were led by the safety director to carry out special inspection on the dangerous projects under construction. The inspection of four projects in Dongtai, Suqian and Changshu belongs to the jurisdiction of Shanghai and Suzhou respectively. The inspection and maintenance of dangerous cosmetics is a major hazard source of our company. 3.21 After the water explosion accident, the group leaders attached great importance to the management and control of dangerous chemical projects, instructed the security departments to quickly carry out the sorting and registration of dangerous chemical inspection and renovation projects, and urged regional companies and subsidiaries to conduct a comprehensive investigation of hidden dangers. This special inspection focuses on the safety management personnel in place, safety management system is sound, safety management and control system is effective operation, gas detection equipment for dangerous chemical equipment maintenance, labor protection equipment, emergency rescue equipment and other aspects of inspection. Conduct special pre-holiday inspections to fortify the safety defenses for the dual holidays.
At the end of September, the Group's Safety Equipment Department dispatched teams to regions including Nantong, Suzhou, and Nanjing to conduct a comprehensive safety inspection focusing on large-scale machinery ahead of the holiday period. The inspection specifically targeted tower cranes, construction elevators, suspended platforms, material hoists, unloading platforms, scaffolding, and other critical areas, promptly identifying multiple potential safety hazards. Safety Director Zhang Yue emphasized that each project must assign clear responsibilities and set specific deadlines for addressing the identified risks. Meanwhile, the relevant regional offices and branch companies are required to provide full oversight throughout the entire remediation process, closely monitoring both progress and quality to ensure all identified hazards are thoroughly addressed before the holiday. This proactive approach aims to prevent any safety incidents and safeguard a safe and productive working environment.
