On March 15, Jinkun branch of the group organized the safety officers of each project department to hold a special training meeting on daily management and control of large-scale mechanical equipment and industrial injury identification and compensation. The technical department of XCMG group was specially invited by the branch company to introduce in detail the installation, use, management, maintenance and disassembly of all kinds of large-scale mechanical equipment during the whole process from the commencement to the end of the project; the professional personnel also explained the identification and compensation of industrial injury of mechanical equipment. The meeting achieved good results, consolidated and improved the professional knowledge and management ability of safety management personnel of each project department, and laid a foundation for further strengthening project management and control.
