The system integrates three modules: recruitment background management system, web page and mobile phone, and realizes the bright functions of integration of recruitment management, convenience of online application, template of recruitment position, sharing of application resume, refinement of talent pool management and so on. The human resources department of the group uses the integrated management of the background system to establish a professional resume database in line with the enterprise; Each branch can publish the recruitment demand through the website, and obtain the resume resources of the talent pool in the system while collecting the external resume.
