On August 23, jinyinhao branch of the group organized an internal seminar to analyze and discuss the operation status of the branch in the first half of the year and put forward improvement measures, which was attended by all managers. The seminar once again combed the responsibilities of various departments and posts of the branch company and clarified the project performance appraisal. The employees had an open discussion on the current problems of the branch company, the distribution of post responsibilities and the shortcomings exposed by the project departments, and put forward constructive suggestions for improvement. On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another.
