On September 16, the launching ceremony and on-site observation meeting of the "quality month" activity of the housing construction system in Qinzhou, Guangxi in 2021 were grandly held in the Xingyue Bay project of Guangxi Qinzhou transportation and investment undertaken by the group company. More than 360 leaders of Qinzhou housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, Construction Industry Federation and relevant principals of projects under construction in Qinzhou attended. The total construction area of the project is 102000 m2, including 6 high-rise residential buildings and 8 villa residential buildings. The main body of the high-rise residential building is 27 to 33 floors, and the structure is in the form of steel-concrete shear wall; The main body of the villa residential building has 3 floors, and the walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. During the construction process, Jinkun branch, which is responsible for the construction, took measures of pre planning, in-process control and post inspection. The whole structural project was strictly supervised, selected high-quality materials and mature and advanced construction methods and processes, and did a good job in the treatment and overcoming of common problems in the quality of engineering structure, which was highly praised by Qinzhou quality and safety supervision station. The person in charge of the project department said that being rated as an observation project is both affirmation and encouragement. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
