At 10 p.m. on March 24, 2022, after the Zhenge Project Department of Qi'an Maosheng international branch received the emergency construction task of China Construction and installation of Zhenge project general contracting team from the regional quality supervision station, Yin Weibiao, the person in charge of the branch, asked the project department to act as a political station and go all out to complete the project construction task. Faced with short construction period, tight time and other adverse factors, Qi'an Maosheng assault team carried out nucleic acid detection overnight, then cooperated with the general contractor to connect with relevant design units, and rushed to the construction site with necessary construction machinery and equipment. After entering the site, under the careful planning and arrangement of the on-site management personnel, they worked backwards and overtime to strictly implement the construction requirements.

At noon on March 26, the Qi'an Maosheng assault team of the group fulfilled its mission and successfully completed the construction of the centralized isolation point of the epidemic on Longwu Road, Xuhui new city, Shanghai.

The construction project is jointly undertaken by a number of construction enterprises.
