On the afternoon of March 28, the quality and safety department of Jinrun branch of the group came to the biopharmaceutical project of East China Industrial Research Institute of Qidong Peking University Life Sciences Academy to carry out the "three innovations" publicity and implementation with the theme of excellence and safety innovation. The "Peking University biopharmaceutical" project is jointly built by the school of science of Peking University and Qidong Municipal People's government. The group Jinrun 116 Wu Shengjie project department is responsible for the specific construction. The excellence goal of the project is Nantong two-star civilized construction site and Qidong three-star civilized construction site. The personnel of Jinrun quality and safety department mainly publicized and implemented the planning layout and specific requirements of the "three innovations" of the project, and required the project department to actively promote the high-level development of the "three innovations" and further establish a good brand image of Jiangsu Qi'an in their hometown. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
