The group, Hong Cheng (Huzhou), successfully completed the industrial logistics storage project

On July 14th, the construction project of the storage room on the B-8 plot of the community at the entrance of the pond of the group's general contract, namely the warehouse one, the warehouse two and the equipment room, was successfully completed. The project would start in the middle of December 2020. It was the first two-layer logistics warehouse with a distance of 17.1 meters in China. The construction method of post stretching was adopted to lift the beams. The project department had gone through the long-term rainy season in the basic stage of 2021 and the new crown pestilence in the first half of 2022. They tried their best to overcome the traffic jam, shortage of materials, and the shortage of professional personnel. They actively took advantage of their professional advantages to speed up the construction. Recently, the No. 8 Compliance Zone Construction Project for Upgrading and Enhancing Urban Wastewater Treatment in Qidong City—undertaken by Dongrun Company of the Group—successfully passed its completion acceptance after nine months of tackling tough challenges. At the completion site, the project team received banners from the neighborhood committee’s property management and resident representatives, bearing messages such as “Tackling Tough Challenges to Upgrade the Pipeline Network—Separating Rainwater and Sewage for the Benefit of the People” and “Separating Rainwater and Sewage Relieves Residents’ Worries—Precision Work Builds Happiness and Warms Hearts.” These weighty honors represent the highest recognition and the warmest reward for all the builders of Qian’an.

The Qilong Daya Market Complex Project Received Commendation from the Qidong Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.
