The group company carried out flight inspection on some projects under construction in Shanghai and Suzhou
From August 8 to 12, the group company carried out flight inspection and work guidance for some projects under construction in Shanghai and Suzhou. The inspection team has successively visited the construction sites of 9 projects, including KONE escalator warehouse project of Suzhou Liandong u Valley headquarters building project and Mengxian OLED display dust-free room expansion project. The inspection team focused on the on-the-job status of management personnel of the project department, compilation and review of construction organization design (scheme), construction technical disclosure, mobilization acceptance and retest of raw materials, commencement notice of special equipment, physical construction quality and other contents, and put forward rectification suggestions for deficiencies. In the summary and exchange, the inspection team required the project department to seriously implement the relevant management systems of the group company, focus on project process control, prevent project management risks, further improve the overall level of project management, and contribute more to the high-quality development of the group company.
