On September 6, the Shanghai Construction Industry Association issued the Decision on Awarding the Magnolia Award for 2021 Shanghai Construction Project (Municipal High Quality Project). Building 1 and Building 5 of Plot 44-02, east of Jiangjiaxiang Road, Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, and the public service rental supporting housing projects (groups) in Jiading District constructed by the Group 10 Company were awarded the "Magnolia Award".
