The Group has preliminarily built a 4G IoT video monitoring system on the construction site

In order to implement the requirements of the "Notice of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Further Promoting the Construction of Smart Worksites in the Province" (SJZA [2020] No. 129), comprehensively improve the level of information management and improve the dual prevention mechanism system of security risks. By the end of September, the Group Company had preliminarily built a remote video monitoring system for the construction site under construction.

At present, 12 of the Group's 20 qualified projects have installed systems, involving 10 branches, including Jinrun, Jiepu, Jinyinhao, No. 1 Branch, Huagen, Jinhengyuan, Jinhongyi, Jingang, Maosheng International and Hengli. The projects are distributed in Nantong, Nanjing, Beijing and Chongqing. The other 8 projects are newly started and will be installed after conditions are met. After the initial completion of the video system, the Group's Security Department and regional companies can conduct security patrols through monitoring, timely notify the branch company and the Project Department of any potential security hazards found during the patrols, and require the Project Department to rectify and eliminate them as soon as possible, so as to achieve good results in remote security management!

In the next stage, the Group Company will promote the video system access of large-scale installation projects, and will complete the construction of all video systems by the end of the year. (Installation Department)
