On September 13, the Urban Construction Company of MCC Tiangong Group Co., Ltd. sent a letter to Jiangsu Qi'an, thanking Qi'an for elaborately constructing the Tianjin Dagang Dongcheng Second Kindergarten Project Department. The project is located in the north of Xuri Road, Dagang Port East New City, the south area of Binhai New Area, Tianjin, and the east of Haijing Second Road. It is a fabricated concrete frame structure. The fire pump room is one floor underground, three floors above the ground, and four floors locally, with a building area of 5471.60 square meters. The 15th Branch of the Group in charge of the construction actively deepens its efforts in technical efficiency, optimizes technical measures to achieve quality objectives, makes contributions to the project's blood production and secondary operation, wins economic benefits for the owner, the construction party and other main units involved in the project, and lays a solid foundation for long-term cooperation and development. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
