On September 13, the Urban Construction Company of MCC Tiangong Group Co., Ltd. sent a letter to Jiangsu Qi'an, thanking Qi'an for elaborately constructing the Tianjin Dagang Dongcheng Second Kindergarten Project Department. The project is located in the north of Xuri Road, Dagang Port East New City, the south area of Binhai New Area, Tianjin, and the east of Haijing Second Road. It is a fabricated concrete frame structure. The fire pump room is one floor underground, three floors above the ground, and four floors locally, with a building area of 5471.60 square meters.
