Tianjin Company of the Group participated in the self inspection and review meeting of key points of preliminary review of "East China Cup" high-quality engineering projects


On November 17, Shandong Office of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development held a self inspection and pre review meeting for the application of "East China Cup" quality engineering projects, and relevant personnel of Tianjin Branch of the Group attended the meeting online. It was pointed out at the meeting that the promulgation of the preliminary review points further improved the quality and level of participation in the evaluation of the projects for which the construction enterprises in Shandong applied for the "East China Cup" Quality Engineering Award. The experts reviewed and fully discussed the preliminary review points one by one, put forward relevant suggestions for revision, and discussed the common problems in excellence creation. The participants of Tianjin Company said that they would publicize and implement the key points of excellence creation proposed in the meeting to the projects under construction in the region, better guide the project department to do a good job of excellence creation, and make new contributions to the excellence creation and safety creation of the group company. Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Cai Ting and Gao Mingmin, Deputy General Managers of the Group, also attended the event.


The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
