In from March 11th to 16th, group Jin Shun Branch organized a centralized training of management personnel in the Party Party School of the Party committee of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, and 111 managers in the branch participated in the activities. The 6 day management training adopts the form of internal teaching. The training content is realistic and pertinent. It includes 6 technical training, such as electrical installation specification and practice, pipeline installation skills, and the application skills of the bond software, and 5 business training, such as finance, bidding, purchasing, information and BIM. Jin Shun Branch also invited Zhang Yue, safety director of the group company, to do safety production (Management) training. Song Chunjue, the deputy general manager of the group and the head of Jin Shun Branch, summed up the training work, and asked to highlight the main role of the managers in the team, to play the leading role of the main managers, to form the characteristics of Jin Shun in the future management, and to make a strong contribution to the branch.
