As the law returns to spring, Vientiane begins to renew. With the joy of harvest and the stride of 2018, we are about to celebrate the Spring Festival of 2019. On behalf of the Party Committee of the Group Company and the Board of Directors of the Group Company, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all levels of government, competent departments and all sectors of the society for their concern and support for the development of the Kai'an cause in Jiangsu Province. To those who dare to struggle and are willing to contribute, and to their families, I would like to extend my lofty respects and New Year's greetings.
In 2018, Qi'an bravely overcomes the difficulties and marches forward. We actively implement the spirit of the second and seventh shareholders'meetings of the Group, firmly grasp the key of "seeking change, grasping transformation, preventing risks and seeking high quality", always maintain strategic strength, calmly respond to risks and challenges, withstand various severe situations and complex situations, highlight the spirit and temperament of Kai'an people, and ensure the sustained and steady development of Kai'an Daye. In this year, Qian'an has made great achievements and made great progress. We adhere to the principle of "striving for progress in a stable way", are good at grasping the trend of national policy, exploiting the potential with vigor, and cultivating the market with wisdom, showing a gratifying trend of the old company's courage to develop and the new company's enthusiasm to show its ability. This has formed a vivid situation of a thousand boats and a hundred rivalries. Whatever the construction output value or the new contract amount, it has created a new historical situation throughout the year. The goal of "Qi'an Dream" with a high output value of 10 billion yuan is within reach. This year, Qian'an was full of ingenuity and excellence. We have won four national architectural awards throughout the year. We have won a large number of provincial and ministerial quality projects, national and provincial QC achievement awards, civilized construction sites, standardization projects, benchmarking projects and new technology application awards. We have created excellent records and dedicated masterpieces in traditional major industries and emerging fields. At the same time, the company has become the only "nine consecutive champions" of the provincial top 100 construction enterprises, and has won a series of honorary titles such as "National Excellent Construction Enterprises" and "National Credit Typical Enterprises" for 14 consecutive times. Therefore, I would like to sincerely thank the pioneering and enterprising colleagues of Kai'an who advocate innovation. This year, Qian'an cast soul and culture. We have always placed the deepening of corporate management and the promotion of corporate culture in a strategic position. At home and abroad, the project site glorifies the party flag, conveys warmth, and expresses responsibility and responsibility to society with great love and kindness. The basic management of the group has been continuously strengthened, whether it is the improvement of safety and quality system, the standardization of construction technology, the deepening of comprehensive inspection, or the construction of information technology, the real-name system pilot project, financial practice guidance... All of them are organized in an orderly way, with prominent themes and remarkable results. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere thanks to our dedicated and courageous comrades in Kai'an.
The old year has a thousand brocades, and the new year has gone up a notch. 2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China and the key year for us to pursue the "Qi'an Dream". Looking forward to the new year, opportunities and challenges coexist, a better prospect is calling us, more arduous tasks are waiting for us. In the new year, we should not forget our first heart and keep in mind our mission. Guided by Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, we should strive for progress steadily and vigorously, raise the sail of reform, keep a firm tune of progress, hold the rudder of quality firmly, tighten the chord of safety, and strive to promote Qian'an's cause towards sustainable and high-quality development.

Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
