October in golden autumn, the autumn breeze is refreshing. On October 17, 2020, the Nantong branch of the group company organized all project leaders in the area to the Nantong Second Construction Building to observe and learn.
At 9 o'clock in the morning, all the observers entered the second building project one after another and entered the construction site. The overall feeling was that it was atmospheric, refreshing, and the overall plan was orderly. There should be a lot, and there should not be much, and it is concise and clear.
At 9:30 in the morning, I listened to and watched the PPT report of the second construction in the office of the second construction site in Nantong, and then all the staff went to the construction site for field visits and learning. Through the half-day observation and study, I have learned a lot and I am really impressed. I share my observation experience with everyone and learn and improve together.
Main highlights:
1. Drawing deepening and optimization: The whole construction process adopts three-dimensional reporting and BIM technology in advance to deepen and optimize the drawings in advance;

The start of the project is clearly positioned and the target is the Luban Prize. We looked at the concrete structure. The ground is as smooth as it has been done. The column surface is smooth. All external and internal corners are distinct. There is no obvious expansion. The leaking grout has clear edges and corners. Polished, giving people a refreshing feeling.
Through the half-day observation, we have learned a lot, but also felt a lot. On the surface, we are doing very well. There are many bright spots in terms of safety, civilization, quality, green, and environmental protection. But from the in-depth analysis, as long as the highlight lies in the preliminary planning and construction organization. For example, the second building adopts climbing frame construction. They have kept up with the exterior wall construction before the climbing frame climbs, and adopted the paint-free technology to solve the problem of the future climbing frame removal.
