On November 4th, the Ninth Qidong City Workers Games (House Construction Special) organized by the Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau System Union Federation was held at the Ant Arena on Songhua Jiangxi Road. The group company formed a team to participate in the event. Chairman Yin Weidong was invited to attend the event. At 14:00 in the afternoon, the opening ceremony began on time, and 10 participating teams appeared in sequence. Zhu Hairong, director of Qidong Housing and Construction Bureau, delivered a speech, hoping everyone can fully enjoy the fun sports, strengthen communication, show the style of housing construction, and at the same time integrate the spirit of sports competition into the future work, and make greater contributions to the development of Qidong construction contribution. The fun games will set up 7 team events including tug-of-war competition, crazy finger press, one lap to the end, dragon going to sea, crazy caterpillar, and fun basketball game. The atmosphere of the competition was enthusiastic and interesting. The contestants worked together to strive for the first place; watching the staff were excited and energetic. Cheering, shouting, and laughter were endless during the game. After three and a half hours of fierce competition, the team of the group company won the third prize of this employee sports meeting. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
